- Willing to work in 24x7 shifts and should be of travel background.
- Should Possess good knowledge of GDS like Amadeus , Sabre , Worldspan will be expected from all candidates.
- Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re-issuance , cancellation, refunds , customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service.
- We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic people for the Ticketing department.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Excellent command over English language (written / verbal).
- Possess good listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic & challenging environment.
- Knowledge on Computer operations.
- Ability to handle customers and deliver best customer service with confidence.
