Business Development Manager

Must Have

  • Identifying travel agencies and their associated potential clients for business opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for the client.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bid proposals.
  • Forecast sales revenue through the individual prospect pipelines and implement a strategy to achieve sales goals as set by the company.
  • Close the client contracts and on-board the clients along with the respective internal support teams.
  • Maintain relationships with on-boarded clients and farm the opportunities for organic growth.
  • Working alongside various departments within the company to provide exceptional service to the client.
  • Respond to RFP's, tenders and develops sales in new sales territories as per the expansion plan of the company. Attending conferences and industry events.
  • Researching Market and Competitor Trends to compare the ClarityTTS product standing from time to time.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • 3 years experience in selling Software as a Solution or a track record of successful business development across the Travel / Hospitality Industry.
  • Degree in business administration / management preferable.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills is a must.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
