Must Have

  • Have at least 5 years of combined relevant experience in SAAS sales development.
  • Must have SAAS Or IT Product sales Work Experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in managing a sales development team.
  • Experience in the European Market.
  • Must have at least 3+ years experience in Travel Domain.
  • The candidate must be from a b2b Background only.
  • No services based and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Responsible for generating revenue and achieving the growth targets via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts worldwide.
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations/product demos.
  • Build and maintain C-Level relationships.
  • Nurture the prospective clients/leads on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the website and its content.
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to grow the lead funnel and meet the growth objectives.
  • Proactively track competitor movements in the market.

Key Requirements & Characteristics

  • SaaS sales, Enterprise sales, B2B software sales, lead nurturing, excellent communication & presentation skills, Email marketing, Team Management.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base of B2Bs/Enterprises.
  • Graduated from a reputed institute. MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of acquiring clients from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.
  • Ability to ideate and engage existing and prospective clients through email marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools used in the organization.
